Wood-Fired Pizzas
All wood-fired pizzas are 12” and cut into 6 slices. They are baked inside our 1000-degree wood-burning ovens imported from Italy. Pizzas bake in under 2 minutes for a light, airy crust with a crispy char, soft chew and slight smoky flavor.

New Haven Style Apizzas
New Haven Style Apizza (AH-BEETZ) is a thin, crispy pie with a deep char and distinct chew. Inspired by the legendary pizzerias of Wooster Street in New Haven, Connecticut. 16” pies are cut into 12 slices. No substations on specialty pizzas. Always cooked well done.
