Slingin’ Artisan Pizza Since 2015

Founded in 2015 by Nick Sanford, Toss & Fire has grown from a single food trailer into a CNY staple with multiple restaurants and wood-fired pizza food trucks.

Using Wood-Fired Ovens from Modena, Italy

Our unique combinations come to life inside our imported ovens. Pizzas bake in a matter of 90+ seconds in 1,000-degree ovens.

We opened our first restaurant in North Syracuse in 2016 followed by our second at Township 5 in Camillus in 2020. Our 3rd location opened inside Harveys Garden in 2024. Get your pizza fix six days a week at all Toss & Fire locations!

PIE Awards!

In December, Toss & Fire was named Pizza Company of the Year: Northeast Region by the Pizza Industry Excellence (PIE) Awards — for the second year in a row.

Now celebrating 10½ years of Toss & Fire, this recognition means more than we can put into words. We’re incredibly proud of our team, grateful for our loyal guests, and thankful for the family and friends who have supported this journey from day one.

We’re also honored to have received the Best Pizza Box award for our New York State Fair pizza box design, a reflection of the creativity and passion behind everything we do.
