We’ve teamed up with Pizza Bib again to create three brand-new NYS Fair exclusive pizza boxes, available only during the 13-day run of the 2026 Great New York State Fair, August 26 through September 7!

It’s super easy to enter!

1. Take a photo or video with one of our exclusive NYS Fair boxes at the Fair!

2. Post it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and tag @tossnfirepizza and our friends at @thepizzabib. Make sure your profile is public or we won’t be able to see your entry!

3. Use all four hashtags: #tossnfirepizza #pizzabib #tossnfair #nysfair

4. Get creative! We’re looking for the most fun, original, and memorable photos/video featuring our Fair-exclusive box.

Toss & Fire will select TWO Grand Prize Winners, who will each receive FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR!

Winners will be announced on Monday, September 21, 2026 on Toss & Fire’s social media accounts.

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one free pizza per week for 52 weeks from a Toss & Fire location of their choosing, beginning October 1, 2026.

Our next ten favorite entries will each receive a $20 Toss & Fire e-gift card redeemable at any Toss & Fire location!

Toss & Fire’s “Free Pizza for a Year” NYS Fair Contest — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

1. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Toss & Fire, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

• Contest is void where prohibited.

2. Contest Period

• Begins 10:00 AM EST on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM EST on Monday, September 7, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on September 7, 2026 to be eligible.

• The winners will be announced on Monday, September 21, 2026 on Toss & Fire’s social media accounts.

3. How to Enter

Entry Method 1 — Using a Purchased NYS Fair Box:

1. Take a photo with our exclusive NYS Fair pizza box during the 13-day run of the NYS Fair.

2. Post your photo to your public Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account.

3. Tag @tossnfirepizza and @thepizzabib in the caption.

4. Include all required hashtags: #tossnfirepizza #pizzabib #tossnfair #nysfair.

Entry Method 2 — No Purchase Necessary (Loaner Box at the Fair):

• Visit the Toss & Fire booth inside the NYS Fair during the Contest Period and request a loaner NYS Fair pizza box from a team member.

• Take your photo with the loaner box anywhere on the fairgrounds and post it following the same tagging and hashtag requirements above.

• Loaner boxes must be returned immediately after use.

All Entries Must:

• Be the original work of the entrant.

• Not infringe on the rights of any third party.

• Be visible to Sponsor (account must be public during Contest Period).

4. Entry Limitations

• Multiple entries allowed, but each must feature a unique photo.

• Automated, bulk, or third-party submissions are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Judging and Winner Selection

• Two (2) Grand Prize Winner and ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will be selected by Sponsor based on creativity, originality, and overall appeal of the submitted photo.

• Judging decisions are final and binding.

• If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant.

6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Grand Prize: Free Pizza for a Year — defined as one (1) free pizza per week for 52 consecutive weeks from a Toss & Fire location of winner’s choosing, beginning October 1, 2026. ARV: $1,300.00. Prize must be redeemed weekly; no bulk redemptions allowed.

Runner-Up Prizes: Each of the ten (10) runner-up winners will receive a $20 Toss & Fire e-gift card, redeemable at any Toss & Fire location. ARV: $20.00 each.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

7. Publicity Rights

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted entry for advertising, promotion, and any other lawful purpose, in any media, without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the contest.

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt/use of any prize.

10. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, and exclusively by the courts located in Onondaga County, New York.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these platforms.
